Gannon University hosts the 2025 University-Wide Career Fair on Tuesday, Sept. 23 in the Highmark Events Center. This event is designed to empower students in shaping their professional futures by connecting them directly with employers, industry leaders and resources that support career exploration and growth.
More than 65 companies and organizations were on campus to meet with more than 600 students and alumni, offering them a chance to explore diverse career paths, build professional networks and take meaningful steps toward their goals.
Among the organizations in attendance is top sponsor Rochester Regional Health, alongside employers across healthcare, business, science, education, criminal justice, engineering and the nonprofit sector.
More than a job fair, this event is a career development experience. Students were encouraged to attend whether they are actively seeking full-time positions or internships, exploring potential career paths or practicing their networking skills.
“We’ve intentionally shaped this year’s Career Fair to be more inclusive of students at every stage of their career journey,” said Carly Masiroff, assistant director of Career Preparation for Gannon University. “It’s an opportunity to gain confidence and build connections, whether you’re just starting out or preparing to launch into your field.”
Thanks to support from the Student Government Association, students received a free professional headshot from photographer Rick Klein.
