There will be no classes and campus closures from Wednesday, Nov. 27 through Sunday, Dec. 1 during Thanksgiving Break. Please see below for the updates to hours and operations for our Ruskin and Erie campuses during this time. 

Ruskin Campus 

• Wednesday, Nov. 27 - Sunday, Dec. 1: Thanksgiving Break – no classes 
• Wednesday, Nov. 27: Campus and Fitness Center will be open 8 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. 
• Wednesday, Nov. 27 - Sunday, Dec. 1: knightBITES café closed 
• Thursday, Nov. 28 - Sunday, Dec. 1: Campus and Fitness Center closed 
• Monday, Dec. 2: Regular hours resume 

Erie Campus 

• Tuesday, Nov. 26: Residence halls close at 5 p.m. Dining hall closes at 1:45 p.m. 
• Wednesday, Nov. 27 - Sunday, Dec. 1: Thanksgiving Break – no classes 
• Sunday, Dec. 1: Residence halls open at 8 a.m. Dining hall opens at 4:30 p.m. 
• Monday, Dec. 2: Classes resume 

Academic Buildings 

Academic buildings will be closed Thursday, Nov. 28 through Sunday, Dec. 1, except for Palumbo Academic Center and the Waldron Campus Center, which will remain open with card access during the following hours: 

Palumbo Academic Center

  • Wednesday, Nov. 27: 7 a.m. – 5 p.m. 
  • Thursday, Nov. 28 - Saturday, Nov. 30: Closed

Waldron Campus Center

Recreation and Wellness Center 

• Tuesday, Nov. 26: 6 a.m. to 5 p.m. 
• Wednesday, Nov. 27:  6 a.m. to 5 p.m. 
• Thursday, Nov. 28 & Friday, Nov. 29: CLOSED
• Saturday, Nov. 30: Noon to 4 p.m. 
• Sunday, Dec. 1: Noon to 11 p.m.

Knight Watch  

The Knight Watch will be out of service starting Sunday, Nov. 24 through Monday, Dec. 1 and will resume at 7 p.m. on Tuesday, Dec. 3.

Doc’s Landing & Chick-fil-A 

• • Tuesday, Nov. 26: Closes at 5 p.m. 
  • Wednesday, Nov. 27 - Sunday, Dec. 1: Closed 
  • Monday, Dec. 2: Reopens with regular hours 

Beyer Hall 

• • Tuesday, Nov. 26: Closes at 1:45 p.m. 
  • Wednesday, Nov. 27 - Saturday, Nov. 30: Closed 
  • Sunday, Dec. 1: Reopens for dinner service at 4:30 p.m. 

Intermetzo & Urban Brew 

• • Tuesday, Nov. 26: Closes at 2 p.m. 
  • Wednesday, Nov. 27 - Sunday, Dec.1: Closed 
  • Monday, Dec. 2: Reopens with regular hours  

Store U-Knighted Pantry 

The Store UKnighted Food Service will be open from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. on Tuesday and Wednesday, Nov. 26 and 27. They will be closed on Thursday and Friday, Nov. 28 and 29. Regular hours will resume Tuesday, Dec. 3.  

Health and Counseling Center 

The Health & Counseling Center will be closed Thursday, Nov. 28 through Sunday, Dec. 1 and re-open for regular business hours on Monday, Dec. 2. Please use the following resources during the break:  

• Medical emergencies: Contact ÂÒÂ×ÊÓƵ Police & Safety at 814-871-7777 if you are on the Erie campus and they will contact emergency medical services or got to the nearest emergency room or urgent care center.  
• Non-urgent medical concerns: Use the following link to be seen by a provider now, using ÂÒÂ×ÊÓƵ's 24/7 TimelyCare services  or Email health@gannon.edu and you will be contacted upon our reopening and during regular business hours. 
• Mental health emergencies: Contact Crisis Services at 814-456-2014 if in Erie or go directly to the ER.  
• Non-urgent mental health concerns: E³¾²¹¾±±ô counseling@gannon.edu and you will be contacted during regular business hours. You can also use our TimelyCare services.   

ITS Help Desk  

The ITS Help Desk will have technicians available in the main Palumbo Center office for walk-in, phone and ticketing support requests between 8 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. on Monday through Wednesday Nov. 25-Nov. 27 and will be closed Thursday, Nov. 28 and Friday, Nov. 29.  

ÂÒÂ×ÊÓƵ Press & Mailroom 

The ÂÒÂ×ÊÓƵ Press and Mailroom will be closed Wednesday, Nov. 27 through Sunday, Dec. 1 in accordance with the university holiday schedule. Regular hours will resume Monday, Dec. 2.
