Adult Orientation

Congratulations on your decision to join the ÂÒÂ×ÊÓÆµ Family. As an Adult Learner, we recognize you have important priorities that are accompanying your educational goals. Gannon University is excited to walk with you in your path toward degree attainment.

New adult learners will be welcomed into the ÂÒÂ×ÊÓÆµ family through an Adult Orientation program from 10 a.m. - 1:00 p.m., Aug. 6, 2026 where you will engage first-hand with staff and the services you will need to have a successful transition into the University.

Adult Orientation includes an opportunity to tour campus, get your student ID, get your laptop set up if needed, and purchase your textbooks.

Life as a Commuter

11:00-11:30 a.m. in the Palumbo Academic Center Room 2023

An overview of resources, campus services, and tips to help you transition smoothly into college life.

Life as a Knight

11:30-12:00 p.m. in the Palumbo Academic Center Room 2023.

A brief overview of our technology platforms such as Blackboard and the ÂÒÂ×ÊÓÆµ portal.

Intro to ÂÒÂ×ÊÓÆµ

12:00-1:00 p.m. in various locations.

An opportunity to tour the campus, get your Student ID, course schedule, visit bookstore, and visit the Commuter Corner and Adult/Veteran Lounges.
